Arisan works closely with the law firm of JUDr. Ivan Syrový, PhD. and the law firm VILIM & ZUBEREC through which it provides legal services relating to company formation, changes, or liquidation, i.e., corporate law and drawing up and assessing contracts in commercial and civil law.

Extrajudicial and Judicial Debt Collection

In addition to business legal services, Arisan in cooperation with its partner law firms also provides services for the judicial and extrajudicial collection of debts for both Slovak and foreign clients throughout the Slovak Republic and the European Union. It ascertains the current status of outstanding debtors and provides its clients with preliminary information about the status of the debts collected.

The price for debt collection is usually determined by the total amount of the debt to be collected, while taking into account the details of each particular case. Judicial and extrajudicial collection is carried out by legal experts whose primary care includes the efficient, economic collection of debt for the client. The law firm in conjunction with an executor’s office ensures the enforceability of legally-permitted claims of our clients.
